Jaguar Salon and Day Spa Policies

At Jaguar Salon & Day Spa, our guests are our priority. We want your experience with us to be a relaxing and enjoyable one. We stand behind our services and always offer a complimentary adjustment or redo on all color & cutting services, if notified within 10 days. We do not give cash refunds on services or products, however, every effort will be made to redo a service to your satisfaction.

We require a credit card to book services for a group, a spa package, multiple services or a bridal party. In the event that changes or cancellations need to be made for such appointments, we ask that you allow a 3 day notice so that we may be able to schedule other guests. Cancellations without a 3 day notice will be charged the full service price. Regular appointments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Clients with frequent no shows may be required to provide a credit card to book future appointments.
